BackTech provides managed remote staffing and BPO services. We source, vet, hire, and manage remote professionals who are assigned to assist you with operational, administrative, and technical tasks.

3. Subscription and Billing

Our services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the monthly fees associated with your chosen plan. Payments are billed in advance on a monthly cycle. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days prior notice.

4. HR and Employment Status

All professionals assigned to you remain direct employees or exclusive contractors of BackTech. You are not responsible for their payroll, taxes, or benefits. You agree not to solicit or hire BackTech professionals directly outside of the BackTech platform.

5. Confidentiality and Data Security

We take data security seriously. BackTech professionals are bound by strict confidentiality agreements. However, you are responsible for providing appropriate access controls to your internal systems and data.

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time with 14 days written notice prior to your next billing cycle. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if you violate these terms or fail to make payment.

7. Limitation of Liability

BackTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or the actions of the assigned professionals.
